It could be the same as Fury beat Wilder again and again. I'm so concerned with this. AJ needs to have good game plans. If Usyk beats him again on August 20th then we might see AJ vs Wilder next.

Not really... Still on the two superstars in boxing.

Whoever Usyk fights out of his mandatories in the Hrgovic vs Zhan and Parker vs Joyce fights, AJ can fight the other if he wins become mandatory for a title again.

There's only so much AJ's superior ego can take.

His career wouldn't be in jeopardy. His "reputation" as the best of his era (lol) would be.

He's nowhere needing to retire. He's also beyond needing any money. If he loses I doubt he'll pursue eliminators and the like -- his career is too advanced for that now. He'll take the biggest money bouts he can get.

My ideal would be for Joshua to win and for Wilder to win a tune-up, then Joshua vs Wilder in Jan or Feb.

He's actually In a pretty good spot. A loss won't change much as Usyk dominated him and most feel he wins again. If AJ wins, he's right back at the top. He's made his fortune and there's still plenty of good fights win or lose.

Nah, he's still a big money maker, and a hurdle for others in the top 10 to get past. He'll be fine

If he loses then he has to fight and convincingly beat wilder to get any kind of credibility back.

A loss to Usyk is no shame but to then going on to fight the likes of Ruiz/Whyte would be unacceptable

As already mentioned if there is a second loss to Usyk which is highly likely Joshua will just look for the biggest earning fights he can get . Despite a second loss to Usyk Joshua could still make big money in fights with Fury or Wilder .

With the sad shape of the HW division today, AJ, even at 32, can beat most guys for years to come.

If he beats Usyk then we we will need to get Fury to take his soul and give him a proper ego death

I'd say he has a number of years, HW's peak far older than every other division. As long as he doesn't get clipped by anyone other than Usyk or Fury, the rest of the top 10 are all money making fights
