I'm not sure he is genuinely 199cm. Take a look at him next to the 'shorter' Wlad Klitschko or with David Price who is supposedly only 4cm taller than Joshua. He looks about 10cm taller!
Better update the OP then :yep Seriously though he was quite sensitive about it in an interview with Kugan Cassisus who said he looked 'tiny' next to Price and AJ said Price 'had to be at least 6'10'!! Tbf I think Price is 6'8 3/4 as him and Fury look identical in height when you see photos of them together.
i think the muscular upperbody contributes to some of his power, i dont think its just legs that draws power, frank bruno had a high ko ratio as well.
