Maybe Warren has signed him. He’s a very underrated fighter, no shame in losing to him if your Josh Kelly IMO.

But at the same time I don’t see where he fits in to Warrens plans unless he plans to feed him Essuman?

 

I rate Essuman but that would be a big ask at the moment.

He is signing more internationals so perhaps campaign him in his own right. He has that Spanish Lightweight champion and the lad that banjoed Ritson

 

I’ll be very disappointed in Frank if he doesn’t grant AEB a rematch. Yarde was the challenger going in against the champion Arthur and he got one.

Yeah I know but Maxwell is. So he should grant him the rematch.

 

But he would have the clause to protect his own.

I know Arthur was his as well, but he had more invested in yard at the time

 

Clause or no clause, if a fighter gets stiffed on your show you have a duty to do the honourable thing in my opinion.

I've personally met Akeem. He's a really cool guy - trains really ****ing hard. Seeing him get jobbed like this breaks my heart. It should've been a breakout for him at British level.

 

AEB isn't very pleasing on the eye but tbf to him he does follow fundemental boxing lines and planes, it's just that his implementation of the philosophy hit and don't get hit and his execution of movement patterns are over exaggerated.
The more i watched him (first time this) the more I appreciated what he was doing. He could be a real good boxer imo, he just needs reigning in.
