You are probably not wrong, at least regarding the judges that had it 80-72 and 79-71 as of 2/3 of the way in. Of course the crowd thought it was just lovely when those scores were announced, but they probably got some very dirty looks from the commissioners, timekeeper, foreign press, or anyone else there not specifically rooting for Yaegashi. Of the last four, Sosa really only got the last and yet they must have given him a bunch of shares to avoid the stain of notoriety.
