Why is everyone saying that its an easy fight for Broner??
Mallignaggi has working at the top level of the sport for about a decade and is a titleholding WELTERWEIGHT!!
Broner was fighting at 130 this time last year,and you all think he can just easily go up to 147 and beat a legit top ranked WW?

You think Paulie, who has stood up to a prime 140 Cotto,and lasted 12 rounds is going to get stopped by a guy who was fighting at 130 last year?

Mallignaggi is slick and fast and about as tough a fighter as there is out there, and used to fighting guys much more powerful and bigger than Broner.

If this fight does happen, I think its a pick'em fight. Paulie aint Gavin Rees, or even DeMarco.

I dont judge fighters on one single fight,no more than Id judge a soccer player or basketballer on one game. I judge them over the long run.

And in long run, Paulie has shown himself to be fast,skilled and tough as possibly any fighter out there.....and hes a legit 147lbs'er.

In fact I read an interview with him recently where he says he walks around at 170-175.

Has Broner ever fought someone that size. Infact has he ever fought anyone with Mallignaggis skills or speed?

 

I don't hate the fight, I think Broner will win but people are underestimating the jump in weight although Broner is a big lad it's still a huge jump.

Just disappointed that he's skipping the 140lb division, hope he's wanting to come back down afterwards though otherwise it looks like he's ducking that division.

 

You know the division is weak as **** when a top ranked welter gets stopped by a way past his best featherfisted guido.
