Al haymon is bad for boxing he must be ushered out immediately

Do you not see Haymon's practices and the direction he wants to head towards? He manages over 200 fighters yet he's also a promoter and cuts the checks, he books all venues in Cali to force other promoters to stage fights everywhere else.

He PAYS broadcasting companies to showcase his fights only, he ties up boxers not to spar with non-Haymon fighters, he ties up boxers to sign with his promotion only if he's to be their manager.

 

So how can you say that won't happen when clearly Haymon wants to control every fighter, every TV channel and every venue via shady, illegal and questionable means?

Again I don't want my choice to be PBC or no boxing 4 years from now (in US market).

The only thing i didnt like was booking venues and didnt put a fight up, thats bad. but thats been going on forever too. Didnt you just see Arum say were not leaving sept 14 (or whatever date it was) for Martinez-Chavez jr so GBP booked Canelo-Lopez 1.5 miles away in the SAME CITY AND SAME DATE!!!

Yes I'm aware boxing has been shady for decades. Ali Act is very recent in legal terms, this lawsuit is good, it will keep PBC and other promoters on their toes.

 

I said nothing about legally and fairly. not my bussiness. i wanna see good fighters fight each other and thats what hes doing with most of it on free tv.
