I've just found out on Szpilka profile he isn't fighting Breazeale but another Polish fighter Izu Ugonoh will fight him instead, Szpilka might fight Washington or Mansour instead, there is a massive mess before this event and nobody know nothing so Al Haymon messed this up. How do you find Szpilka fighting against any of these two opponents?
Szpilka was supposed to fight Mansour once but it didn't happen, gladly for Szpila. He wil get knocked out against everyone who has a punch. Even if he can outbox him, the first hand that lands is going to knock him out.
I completely agree with you, I would see Szpilka more in CW, Monsour has got great punch and if Szpilka gets 3rd KO his career is over ( Jennings, Wilder....) still believe Breazeale is much easier opponent and Szpilka can win on points on that one..
If we end up with Ugonoh - Breazeale and Szpilka - Washington (it's looking likely), then I won't say a bad word. Mansour is fighting there on 25th, but he is facing Travis Kauffman. I read an interview with Amir that was published like 5 days ago and he said that fight with Kauffman was "signed, sealed, and delivered". Szpilka made a video after he found out about Breazeale - Ugonoh rumors. He said he was pissed because of the mess, but if it's either Mansour or Washington, then it's fine by him. I hope we get a clear confirmation soon, it just looks silly.
I agree as even is in over a month and guys still don't know their opponents, I truly believe Szpilka can outbox both of them. This is his last chance to show his skills in the USA
