Would be fun! Tonight is going to be great fun and the Bell-Winner fight would be big fun. WBO look set to make it happen, and Bell is intent on being ringside tonight to make his case. This would be an enormous leap up for Bell though, genuinely massive gulf between the guys he's been beating up and someone like Valdez. He looked good last night beating up Presco Carcosia but Carcosia isn't even a gatekeeper. Still, fun times for 130lbs.
What happend between him and Top Rank? I think He signed with them some time ago, fought on at least couple ESPN cards - but then fell back into obscurity. If He stayed with them, He'd probably be in position to fight for a title already. As it is - Top Rank would probably rather give one of their guys a shot. Andres Cortes, Henry LeBron....
