José Román Vázquez vs. Roque Agustín Junco Ardid, 8 rounds @ welterweight

 

The boricua house fighter "Cheito" Vázquez looking to increase his KO rate beyond 50%, so far has scored one flash KD but no sustained attacks yet of any magnitude to convince that he can get rid of the Argentine (10-7-1, with five stoppage defeats)

 

Cheito is a tall welter at 6'2", boasting half a foot over Agustín - but you wouldn't guess it right away from watching as he does so much slouching & crouching. You can tell Vázquez always has the gear turning and thoughts percolating in there, problem is he spends too much time game planning, stalking and posing and too little time letting his fists go. Might have upped his chances of stopped Agustín or at least dropping him again by now with more work rate and focus on pressing forward.

 

Yeah, this is a boring one-sided but half-assed spar. Development fight; there's a reason it was buried at the bottom of a twitch stream.
