Berry is knocked through the ropes (just his upper body). Walters keeps whipping away at him with left hooks and looping rights. No jabs. Berry rushes in to clinch. Walters looks pleadingly to the ref, as though to say "Please peel this fool off me so I can knock him out". Berry is on very shaky legs, wobbling until Walters moves in to finish him and then taking advantage by grabbing hold of Walters and using him to stay upright. Walters smacks him with a left hook, backing him to the ropes. Bad beating! Berry's corner man climbs the canvas and runs into the ring, since the referee wasn't thinking about stopping it!!


TKO6!! (or DQ6???) could be DQ, since the corner isn't supposed to do that.

Throwing the towel is acceptable - running into the ring during a bout in progress isn't. I'm pretty sure there's been at least one case of that resulting in a DQ. It's probably dependent on what the WBA or Panama commission's rules are. For consistency's sake with the rest of the world, it should probably be Walters DQ6 Berry.
