A couple of decent names, yeah. Now that I'm looking at it closely - they weren't all in mismatches, either. Nehomar Cermeno, too. :think

What else has been really good, besides the three bouts covered here?

    Round 5

Zamora is staggered back by right hooks and left hands but wars back, throwing his full weight at Mosquera. Zamora is breathing heavily but still marching forward, trying to land right hands. Mosquera spins him around a couple of times and counters him with slick motions. Right uppercut by the southpaw Mosquera. Zamora never stops trying, but just seems unable to pull the trigger much. When he does, it works. Good right hand by Zamora! Mosquera just landing too much, though.

    10-9 Mosquera

    49-46 Mosquera

It's been on in the background so I wasn't paying much attention, the Perez v Galarza match was the one that stays in the memory but that was because Galarza was meant to be KO machine before Solomon beat him.

If you want to try and find one fight from the card the Fernandes v Arenas fight might have been the best.

    Round 6

Mosquera lands his right jab and crowds in on Zamora, but is backed away with a left hook. Lots of movement by Mosquera. Zamora tries to hurl in his left and right successively, but Mosquera is slipping through and grabbing him to spin or shove off and start the whole process over. Mosquera is landing right hooks but getting a bit too close and standing in front of Zamora without his hands up. Zamora lands a flush right, Mosquera's braids flying. Mosquera lands a left hand, and Zamora lands a right. Zamora flurries and they clinch. Mosquera puts his arms up, and brings them down behind Zamora's head to pull him forward and down. Mosquera has his right arm low, jabbing up at Zamora and trying to use slick leans and head-turns to slip Zamora's straight shots. Hard right hooks and left hands by Mosquera, now knocking Zamora around a bit while maneuvering around him in rhythm.

    10-9 Mosquera

    59-55 Mosquera

    Round 7

Mosquera harasses him with the right jab for a while, and then the action is paused for as long. Yawn. Checking a cut on Mosquera? I didn't know he had one. Mosquera gets back on the right jab. Mosquera is circling left, then right - keeping the old man on his toes. Zamora is falling in with his right hands, stumbling off balance and almost collapsing against Mosquera's legs. The referee struggles to keep control. Zamora walks into a left uppercut. Zamora misses a jab and right hand, very badly. Mosquera is using slick movement. Mosquera winning this round with just defense and the jab (and a couple of uppercuts). Zamora very ineffective, but showing heart.

    10-9 Mosquera

    69-64 Mosquera

    Round 8

Mosquera dances inside, ducking and slipping through jabs and rights but getting tagged with a few as he doesn't bother moving his head - just rolling his upper body around and using his quick feet. Mosquera tosses his right jab and pushes out of Zamora's clinch attempts. Zamora throws big right hands and keeps working at his tactic of grabbing Mosquera to land body shots. Big right hook by Mosquera! Zamora staggered! Hard right uppercut by Mosquera. They lean together and Mosquera lands several body shots. Hard left uppercuts to the sides by Mosquera. Left uppercut to the chin. Zamora is just coming forward, face-down and taking it all. Slapping double right hook to the ear and hip by Mosquera. Zamora keeps grinding in and trying to land a big overhand right. Mosquera whips him in the face with a long right hook. Left hand lead by Mosquera. Another left hand lead, ducked. Zamora walks into a left uppercut that rocks his head back!

    10-9 Mosquera

    79-73 Mosquera

    Round 9

Mosquera is dropping his hands to his sides and shrugging as he comes in, looking like he wants a nap. Zamora tries to oblige him by throwing a hard right hand, but he's got very little left on his shots and Mosquera has a way of rolling with everything even though he gets hit a little too much for someone with a "slick" style. Mosquera lands a right jab to the face coming forward, then leans in and flurries to the body. Spanking right jabs to Zamora's left side. Mosquera holds him and shoves him off, with some assistance from Luis Pabon. Zamora slams a right hand into Mosquera's gloves. Big flurry by Zamora, not landing. Right hook flush by Mosquera as he leans back out of the pocket. Hard right hands by Zamora, not getting through Mosquera's gloves.

    10-9 Mosquera

    89-82 Mosquera

    Round 10

Mosquera jabs. Round interrupted. Tape on Mosquera's glove. Fixed. Time in. Zamora throws a long right hand. Very few and far between from Zamora - and all fully-loaded energy-draining shots. Mosquera ties up and keeps circling left, lunging out with a few right jabs while keeping his feet narrowly together on the outside. Zamora tosses a right to the body and gets dodged. Mosquera steps in and gets hit softly across the face. Mosquera decides he can deal with and doesn't respect Zamora's power and comes in to trade hooks with him. Time out again. LUIS PABON IS TYING ZAMORA'S SHOE. How often do you see that in a boxing ring? Time in. Zamora comes driving in with right hands, keeping Mosquera honest but not landing well. Mosquera throws left hand leads from a crooked-elbow, fist-by-his-chest stance while swinging his right arm in front of him. Left jabs by Zamora, and a clubbing right hand on the way in.

Mosquera really didn't do enough good effective work there. Zamora tried to make the fight.

    so, 10-9 Zamora FWIW

    But 98-92 Mosquera so...

Zamora needs a knockout he doesn't have much chance of scoring.

What is it with Red rings in countries like Panama but blue rings in the UK and US?

    Round 11

Mosquera jabs and circles, and then covers up and scurries away when Zamora tries in earnest to land a right hand on him. Mosquera is turning Zamora with both hands and keeping as far away as he can. Mosquera reaches in with a left hand to the face. Mosquera physically turns Zamora once more, like a roulette wheel. Mosquera jabs and throws a left cross to the body. Mosquera seems like he's sparring. Zamora is taking it much more seriously; he just doesn't have much left and probably was never too dangerous to someone with Mosquera's power to roll back and take the edge off a punch anyway. Mosquera backs up to the ropes and puts his arms out in an amorphous shield as Zamora keeps hammering away with rights and steadying lefts. Mosquera blocks, parries, or rolls with many of the shots but doesn't counter.

    107-102 Mosquera

    Round 12

Mosquera slides his feet back, and leaves a trail of right hook breadcrumbs for Zamora to follow. Mosquera drops his arms to his sides and simply saunters around Zamora in a wide circle, looking detached. Zamora is not pleased by how lightly Mosquera is taking him, but can't really do anything about it. Zamora tries to work his way in with a right hand and gets tied up until Pabon forces a break. Mosquera slides his feet back and shoots right-up jabs all the way back to the ropes, where Zamora tries to rally up his vestiges of energy to rain power punches on him. Mosquera does a bit of rope-a-dope and then carries Zamora back out to center ring. Flurrying both ways. Clinch. Mosquera stalls by holding Zamora in a headlock. Zamora throws a hard right hand and Mosquera flurries at the body.

Mosquera immediately climbs the ropes. Zamora hangs his head as he goes to his corner, then grabs the middle rope and shakes it violently in frustration. He must know he didn't do nearly enough to beat Mosquera in Panama.

    117-111 Mosquera

The championship rounds were sloppy and somewhat even in effectiveness (or rather, ineffectiveness). Zamora making his last stand, and Mosquera spoiling.

So what was the best fight on the card? I stick with Walters-Berry.
