The Karmazin fight wasn't an eliminator.

 

It's another boxrec ****up.. look up the result page on the WBA crapsite. It says that the Karmazin fight was only for an WBA Int Title.

Brian Norman failed to make weight :-(

 

He was suppose to fight on November 24 but the card was canceled so he in fact more time to train.

 

Well when you don't make weight and it is not for a title, you have to give your oponnent 20 % of your purse (well its like that here in quebec) which really sucks when u have a 20 000 $ purse. Now that Brian Norman wis fighting for all Pascal's North american titles, if Norman wins, the title will become vacant and he still have to give 20 % of his purse to Pascal.

I dont know if Norman's fight on the 24th was supposed to be for a title tho.
