What evidence is there that he still isn't the #2 in the division behind Holloway? Until proven otherwise this will be the case. Not a terrible fight all things considered. Holloway beats him decisively for a 2nd time he's probably the GOAT of the division.

Aldo has had a long and hard career, lots of damaging fights. To me he looked tactically and physically diminished against Holloway. He was slower and more stationary and fatigued quickly even though he's never been renowned for a great gastank. Didn't really throw any kicks. I think he'll likely get blown out, hopefully he can hurt Holloway early and put him away but that'll be difficult as Holloway is very durable.

Looking at the current FW landscape, I don't see anyone beating Holloway for a long time.

Decent fight on short notice but expect same result from Max,pity Cub was Main Eventing card in few weeks as he probably deserves a chance plus after Ortega beats him he wont probably ever get a shot.

Aldo and Bisping have both massively earnt my respect this week.

You're never see this in boxing, never.

Imagine if when Ortiz failed his test Joshua stepped up and said he'd face Wilder next.

I see Holloway winning again against Aldo but I have no problem with Aldo getting a rematch. Every other title holder seems to get a rematch these days in the ufc so why not Aldo, he was the king for about 10 yrs.
