it's the first mma forum that comes up if you google, i understand some of you fan boys might get upset, but it definitely did look fishy, and I can't stand Mendes style. I'd definitely never watch the guy again, UFC is mostly for gay fans that appreciate Mendes' style, I remember 5-6 yaers ago, majority of fights looked like this. If UFC had Lawler/W/e the dude his name's style, UFC would be way bigger, no one wants to see 2 guys rolling around holding each other for a round. Anyways, I guess the people who said it was legit doesn't matter either since apparently sherdog is the worst forum on the planet. What site are mma fighters told to go to lmao and im not talking about some amateur or pro nobodies you might know, and where did you get this info. I'm pretty sure most MMA forums are basically the same and "Potential fighters are told to never look at sherdog as it sucks all fight logic out of anyone viewing", and are told to do the same for all the sites.

it's not a sherdog conspiracy theory, I listed every forum that was on the top page, and there were posts about it on all of them. only one didn't have any posts about it, let me guess you think that one site isn't a mma fan boy site right . Once you said "mma fihgters are warned not to go to sherdog", i bursted out in laughter, you act like you know the top prospects, the truth is you probably know some nobody mma fighters or found this info on a forum , you didnt answer me what forum are they told to go to. Also I didn't "buy into any other person's conspiracy", this was the thought I had when the fight happened. I went to the first site that came up on gogole hits for mma, to see if others thought similarly. You called it a fan boy site, so I went to the rest of the MMA forums and most agreed. Funny how I've watched far less MMA fights than you, but I clearly have a much better eye for the sport since a whole lot of people seem to agree. Now I'm not saying that it was a rig forsure and there's no argument against it, but the fact that you're acting like it's not even a possibility shows how narrow-minded and dumb you are. Here I'll break it down for you, since I clearly have a way better eye. 1. According to posts I read Mendes is known to have good stamina, so even if he was under prepared gassing out in the 2nd round is extremely questionable. 2. He was dominating Connor on top, and was the only one landing meaningful shots in the second. Connor landed pitty pat shots when he was on top which definitely would not have taken stamina out of him, other than that he just landed illegal elbows to the back of the head. 3. No matter waht the combat sport is, I've never seen someone react like that from being "gassed out", without taking major damage, or possibly far into the fight not the second round. That reaction was of someone who had been badly hurt, and had taken major damage. If you disagree, show me footage, I know you will, so again I repeat show me footage of something similar, where a guy who barely took any shots gassed out and looked exactly like Mendes. . If you can't provide this just STFU and take this loss. 4. Of course there's a possibility that Mendes just quit, because he was gassed out, but that's the only possibility that I think is possible. Either he quit, or he took a dive. There's no way anyone reacts like that without taking severe damage in my opinion.
