Flores seems like a decent prospect hard to really gauge anything with soft opposition though.

Crazy story about Flores, watched his brother die in ring and not only still pursued boxing but also took up care of his nephew at only 15. That's one easy guy to root for..

    Flores vs Tetteh

Round 1: Flores pops his foe with a couple of jabs, and then starts to hook off of it. He lands a short hook upstairs, and some hard hooks downstairs. Tetteh weaves and follows but is forced to defend primarily as Flores starts throwing uppercuts to compliment the hooks. Another couple of hooks by Flores at the close of the round.

    10-9 Flores.

Round 2: Flores picks up where he left off, landing a couple of hooks that puts the Ghanaian on his bike. The undefeated Mexican calmly stalks, measures his foes with a couple of rights and then uncorks a final, evil hook to the liver that deposits Tetteh in a heap for the full 10 count!

    KO2!

Color me impressed. That was a really smooth performance by Flores.

Josesito Lopez is a pretty good commentator.

I kind of like the fact that he's laid back. It compliments Paulie's style pretty well.

Consequently, their in-ring styles would have been just as diametrically opposed - and would have blended in a very crowd-pleasing way, IMO. :think

At either 140 or 147lb, bar a few tepid versions of either (Malignaggi against Porter or Cano; Lopez against Alvarez and Arnaoutis...though in fairness, Porter and Alvarez were very bad style match-ups for them respectively, which probably explains how bad they looked as well as why they got steamrolled) that's a solid fight.
