Have you been to Russia? The reason I would pick Alex over Fedor in a bar fight because Fedor wouldn't fight. He wouldn't even get riled up over some pissants. He would just walk away even though he would probably kill em if he wanted to. Alex is just different personality.

I couldn't Imagine going face to face with Alex he looks mean is mean and has the artillary to back it up. Fedor seems more passive and wouldn't fight unless really provoked.
I didn't say it was corrupt, I said it "isn't that corrupt" to blatenly take bribes in a situation so public people half a world away would hear about it in 12 hours. Russia is not a 3rd world country. They probably took Aleks' account, the baddies account, the girls account, and probably the shop owner and a few witnesses and realized they happened to grab the wrong guy, which is a totally reasonable mistake as Aleks is somewhere around 6'4"-6'6" 240-270 and just generally very ****ing scary looking.

Yea, you're right. Except there are loopholes to what you said. Such as: You can't shoot that someone in the back. You have to shoot them and KILL them. If you don't they'll sue you for all your money and posession. So, it's pretty bad here don't worry.
