I really hope this fight gets made but it seems Garcia, or atleast his people, might be looking for a way to not fight Gamboa.

I've read more than once from Garcia's team about how Gamboa has pulled out in the past. I don't know the reasoning behind mentioning it but it feels like a reason to not fight Gamboa to me, but I could be wrong and we'll see.

That can never be an excuse, not in a million years. If you are the champion, you fight the best, and Gamboa is the best. Hopefully the fight will get made after all. If it doesn't, Mikey Garcia won't be the true champ, but a garbage not worth watching. No wonder the most of these lower divisions are considered circus.
