I don't undestand how that much shittakling woudl get his clients back. Of note too for people who watched On Freddie Roach was how Ariza, HIRED by Pac-man, would tell him WHEN to go to bed. When Manny refused he said something along the lines of (the night before Marquez 3), "That's what Tyson said before getting KO'd by Berbick." Pac-man flipped out kicked him out of the room and told his security to not let his S&C coach, who is yelling instructions from Freddie (Alzheimers) in before the fight. We know enough about Pac to know that he isn't a real mean guy so Ariza with his shitt talking has a penchant for striking nerves.

If I hired someone, paid them, were in my entourage to wine and dine, and they talk shitt like that they would be out even if they had the best PEDs and training techniques on the market 20 years from now. He also LEAKED Manny not doing his S&C before P-M 4. THink about security and how Mayweather kicks people out for his sparring session. They do it so you won't have a clue of how the fighter is preparing

He should be professoinal enough to not **** with a fighter before his fight and should take things up with management/his lawyer. I mean you guys think Amir Khan is signing contracts and setting up payrolls, filing taxes in two countries, and audits himself? He has a team, you have a lawyer, that's how it works. For all the 'he ripped me off' bullshitt you hear from Ariza, why has he not taken any legal action?

He seems to be a wine and dined *****. His circuits aren't the best: he literally would tire out Pac and Khan's legs and have them do stationary 'hold your balance/weight' exercises at the end, in 12 week camps. Dude doesn't realize fighters have to do other things (recooperate), spend time mastering their craft, boxing ability and only so much time to do it all in. This is why S&C coaches and trainers go head to head. You're giving the trainer a fighter who cna't walk due to the two training sessions the day before.

He cites research information about nutrition and training in videos that has as much relevance as the morning creamer you put in your morning coffee to lose weight.

Overall pretty ****ing unprofessional. Most S&C coaches are bullshitt, and offer little over motivation or PEDs to boxers and the sport

 

Zetsui, if you want to hire a yes man, there's plenty of those. Ariza was being real with Pacquaio and Pacquaio ignored him and listened to his yes men instead and paid the price.

 

Khan himself would hire Ariza back in a heat-beat. But if only things were that simple. Because Ariza himself is a bit of a diva, leaving camps midway through to join someone else. That's not the kind of stuff Hunter -- who likes to oversee the S&C -- would stand for, I don't think. It's not a coincidence that Ariza has fallouts with almost everyone he works with - Khan's team, Pac's team, Roach, Chavez, Diaz (cutman/trainer), etc.
