    JMM must have had a hand in his decline, or maybe he is to busy... We shall here from Memo later.

    Alex ARIZA will take the offer.

    MEMO praises ARIZA all the time, ARIZA looks up to him they have a bromance on twitter so I'm sure ARIZA is just as good. PAC was a beast until he didn't have time to train.

    Canelo will be 100% commited.

    Now what if Cotto and Canelo sign to fight, what happens to Ariza then I cant see Canelo allowing him to be a in camp spy for Freddy Roach

    Canelo doesn't have a problem with conditioning.

    He throws everything with bad intentions. That will tire anybody out. He needs to vary up the power on his shots. His stamina will be a lot better if he can do that.

    This can help him but it isn't going to turn him into Sal Sanchez. Canelo has the type of build that takes more out of you. It can help him but he isn't going to turn into a completely different fighter.

    No one saying it will turn him into something new, just be stronger and In better shape with hopefully better stamina.

    Well that's what I meant. I think the key with his conditioning is not when preparing for fights but when he's not fighting. He needs to stay active. Run and build stamina for high work rate. It's better for him to get his body used to maintaining a certain weight, closer to 154 as much as possible. He needs to dedicate his life to this. Also, he needs to eat healthy and be on a strict diet. Control his metabolism. He needs to approach this lifestyle seriously as a pro. If he does this, he can definitely improve.
