yeah man, the diff. bet. the 2?american football tackles the man with the ball at full sprint/speed, with rugby they tackle you like you've made the winning shot in a ballgame..
Don't american football players wear helmets and tonnes of padding and other gay **** to stop themselves from getting hurt?
you dont know **** about rugby either, rugby players are far better athletes than american footballers and their tackles are waay harder FACT if you think ariza has good form your deluded :deal, terrible all round from technique, balance, footwork hand positioning i could go on all day, the only thiong of note was his hand speed
Wow I just lot a lot of respect for u all. Unless u r trolling? He looks (at best) like ur average guy in a gym and u guys are like: 'did he used to be a pro?'.....'he throws hooks like pacquiao' Jesus ****ing Christ.
He looked alright. He always seems quite podgy and out of shape for a world class personal trainer and nutritionist. All the Personal Trainer in my Gym are ripped
He looks good for what he is...a personal trainer. Hes not a boxer, dont even know iof he had an amateur career. So for a guy who does obviously just to keep fit and as a hobbie,he looks pretty decent
Actually in regards to serious injuries, AFAIK American football is actually worst (like broken limbs and concussion). Head injuries in AM Football is far worst. The padding is actually what makes it worst. I know it is counter common sense but the padding and helmet allows the player to play with "no fear" - allowing them to run and tackle at the fastest speed possible. In fact, the league is currently trying to curve the problem with players launching themselves helmet first to another player.
