Roach relies on conditioning from his fighters to make up for their flaws. It will be interesting to see if these fighters can still maintain that conditioning.

Any "conformation" from Ariza because then it will be legit.

That's not the story of what is being discussed/speculated on right now.

think he still w/ pac, but wouldn't be surprised if this is his last fight w/ him too.

he runs his mouth too much behind the scenes. .

he's good at what he does, but he needs to know his role, and shut his hole outside the ring.

Roach was a successful trainer before ariza came into his gym.

Yes, he was successful. And he is good. But he is still a flawed teacher who relies on conditioning to help his fighters win and make himself look good.

Pac's weight increase is due to Ariza. Not Roach. And that's big with fighters that are moving up that need to be able to maintain speed, power, agility, and stamina all while increasing strength and size to deal with bigger opponents.

But It doesn't mean Ariza hasn't helped in certain aspects. But maybe they can replace Ariza with another. Or maybe he just goes back to Old School and doesn't have one in the gym which would be interesting.

Sometimes these S&C teams are overrated. And sometimes, they aren't. It depends on who you hire.

Fighthype is saying the opposite; that Ariza is splitting his time between Manny and JCC while it says that Roach is out as trainer.

Who knows what is really going on. Sounds like a ultimatum was laid out.

Brown took over as conditioning coach after Roach and longtime partner ******e Fortune parted ways due to differences in splitting their take on PacquiaoÂ’s fight purse.

Ariza has a glass jaw. It's irrefutable.
