this is such a weak argument

all that means is that mayweather promos are better at promoting a mega-fight than top rank ... which is more evidence as to why floyd should receive the lions share of the split

Exactly. So Floyd should be punished at the negotiating table because he puts on the better PPVs? :patsch

They damn sure won't make what everyone is saying. They just need to get in a room and go over the **** and get done with it. Shaefer is down with that but is Arum?

not really. be it that GBP is better at promoting and using more money for promotions than TR. but pac-mm3's PPV is almost the same as floyd-cotto with more promotions and a bigger named opponent and two big-named undercard boxers in canelo and mosley. it shows that pac can sell almost the same number without much hype and promotions and selling his fights based on his name alone.

i don't smoke anything. The fact of the matter is that it doesn't matter bc the numbers still belong to Floyd and that is a fact just like they belong to Cotto when he negotiates with future opponents.

Its up to Arum to do the same for his fighters and stack Pac's undercards to boost his numbers. Mayweather and gbp ability to stack cards to generate more ppv is another reason why they should get higher % and GBP should be higher on the food chain in this PPV even though its a *co promotion*.

At the same time you also have to pay these big names more money then the normal guys so though they generate more ppvs they also take a large cut of the pie.

What are Manny vs Marquez official numbers. Source please other than Arum. Puga do you think Shaefer is right by saying that they should get an accountant to just look at all the numbers and the go from their to find out what the true split should be?

pac-jmm 3 numbers are an estimate from arum, may-cotto are official numbers from the network that are still growing ... that fight did not sell 1.41

if mayweather promotions (which is the entity that puts up the ad money, not gbp) is spending so much on advertising like you seem to believe, then let the third party accountants take a look and see which side is netting the most money ... that seems fair, no?

I dont care what is true what is not true.... you dont talk about team issues to the public. Ariza is a team member. If he hates Arum, or Pac, or wildcard or whatever it is, he should quit... simple as that. its Pac thats has to deal with Arum not Ariza. Its very unprofessional for Ariza to make these comments IMO
