Paulie is a bigger name and a much more established fighter then Maidana, he will get Khan much more notice to a larger audience if he out-boxes and beats Paulie. Paulie can't hit hard, but he can embarrass Khan, he can out-box him and he can make Khan look stupid, but Maidana, now all he can do is hit hard, thats it. If Khan beats Paulie, he will fight Maidana and out box him and win on points. Its that simple.
