When everybody was talking about Khan V Maidana, Maidana had already signed a fight with the guy he is fighting now. Or soon after.

It don't matter what your little opinion is, Khan is the title holder, Maidana is the mandatory fighter, so Khan has no choice in the matter anyway. So why do people like you keep complaining and trying to disrespect Khan for going for a better fight where he will get much more exposure? Khan will fight Maidana, don't worry about it. And then Khan will run for 4-5 rounds by boxing and moving and then Maidana will get sloppy, tired and frustrated and then Khan will just keep boxing him for the rest of the fight and every time one of those big punches comes towards him, Khan will back peddle and put his guard up high and dance around Maidana again. As I said in my other post, Maidana, is just an overrated Banger!

    Just bull**** then

I never said Maidana was good, or would win. But he can punch, and if Khan was any good he could have taken care of him on the undercard of a big PPV for GBP and his star status in the states would have taken off. But he's a risk because despite all the bull**** from Wildcard, Khan isn't good enough. Simple as. Maybe he will be some day, but until then keep quiet.

Everybody knows he should of fought on an undercard of a major fight, thats what everybody was calling for. But nope, he is fighting Paulie in his own back yard, Paulie has a much bigger chance of out-boxing and beating him then Maidana, so I don't see your ****ing problem. Paulie is a very tough fighter, just because he can't hit hard it don't mean he is no bum. And yes they have already said he is a risk and they want to build the Maidana fight up, because they want to make bigger money out of it. Its a pretty simple plan. You're just a ****** hater with nothing better to do, you have NO facts about ANYTHING and you're just making things up because you don't like Khan. And whats this "Until then keep quiet" lol...really? You're a joke.

So you think that Paulie is a tougher fight for Amir than Maidana?

Ok so after Khan beats Paulie, who do you think he will fight after him?

All other top 10 140 fighters are decent punchers, GBP and Khan cant keep away from them as he hold's a version of one of the titles, and has to make good level fights. Boxing is a businees right now Khan is not known in the U.S at all, why take a punchers risk for little money? give him time Khan will fight top 140 fighters trust me. Khan was making good money with Warren fighting C, B level fighters at home.

Fighting Paulie in his back yard with his title on the line at the age of 23 on your overseas debut is not easy. Paulie might not be a big puncher, but he got a good skill set and knows the game well.

    Ya we'll see.

Make a guess now though, who do you think they'll go for after Paulie? One of the other champs?

I'll say either an easy defence based on the "well he just had a huge fight" line, or they'll try to pick off an old fighter.

It depends on how Khan does vs Paulie, if Khan KO Paulie or does an easy UD on him then there are lots of options. Just reading on the Scene now that Maidana he wanted to fight Khan now as he is his mandatory but his manager advised against it saying have 2 more fights in the U.S before they take this big fight.

He's def not fighting Bradley by the end of this year and the Paulie fight I must say is a nice step up and def. not a push over fighter. In this fight we would perhaps really see if Freddie has help Khan improve in any way. Depending on this outcome he probably fights another light hitter and probably the following year he would go after the big names with power.
