90% of what a fighter does in the ring comes from the fighter. 3% is helping the fighter to be motivated. 5% comes from the trainer. The rest of it is all this BS people argue about. Except in Floyd Jr. case his motivation and the training is inspired by money.
Yeah, because boxing is full of evidence with this logic. Wladimir Klitchsko would have been the same champion today without Emmanual Stewart, especially when he was getting KTFO regularly with his old trainer. :nut Amir Khan didn't really need Freddie Roach after he was KTFO by Prescott. He would have made 95% of those improvements himself :nut On the flip side, fighters with wasted talent like Paul Williams and Kelly Pavlik who stick with their shitty trainers because of loyalty couldn't possibly improve with a world class trainer, right? Bottom line, a trainer is as important as the fighter himself when it comes to boxing. Can't have one without the other. That's like saying a child would grow up nearly the same regardless of the father he had.
'All you gotta do is box that mutha****a. Just box that mutha****a. Don't worry about that. Don't worry about that. He gonna get tired. Just box that mutha****a.'
You might not class Roger as a World Class trainer... But at least he's a ****ing trainer, Ariza need's to keep his mouth shut.
Is roger a nutritionist? doesnt stop him from talking **** about PEDS..:deal so keep your mouth shut, stupid****!!!!:hey:smooch
You don't need to be a nutritionist to know about PED's. I'm far from a nutritionist and i know a good amount of information on Steroids. Where as you DO need to be a Boxing Coach before you can talk **** about that.
Roger took over training Floyd from his bro. Adside from that, what's Roger's claim to fame, or to being some world renowned trainer? What seperates Roger from any other trainer? Who else has Roger trained and turned into a excellent boxer?
To be fair....Roach is not a former world champion yet he's head and shoulders a more proven boxing trainer than Rog. And Ariza wasn't comparing himself to Rog as a boxing trainer.....just comparing Roger's success to Roach as a trainer.
