    Who give a ****?, All floyd need to do is to sign the ****ing contract and fight pac because he's the most skill boxer in the planet so it doesn't matter if pac is roided or not. Pac doesn't want the test so it's up to floyd now to make the fight happen. It's Either Floyd dropped the OSDT or we don't have the fight.
