Ariza's a funny ****er at times. He's a got a talent for talking smack on a lot of people - Mayweathers, Khan's dad, JMM, and now Di Bella ("he's too old for earrings").

Anyway, in regards to his comments about testing, he's just going off on a rant about why Pac doesn't have to do everything Mayweather says. He's not explicitly saying "Manny will not do the tests". Not that it matters, because Pac himself said there are no issues, and Arum - the promoter - has constantly talked about WADA. But you guys prefer to ignore this are focus on Ariza's rant instead?
