    well i just didnt really come to mind, he achieved a lot in the ring ...but they only usually give them out to fighters unless they have won an olympic medal and Arthur dosent have the highest profile compared to other fighters

    You don't need to win a Olympic Medal AAA did win a CW Gold at the age of 19 or 20 and who's the head of the Commonwealth ..The Queen
    and it doesn't matter why or how he got picked just be happy for a fellow Scot
