"I mean to knock Steve Foster out then, once I've been confirmed as undisputed champion, as I fully expect, then I will have one voluntary title defence against Marquez, preferably in Edinburgh, but after that it will be goodbye to the super-featherweights.
"I want to move up and if that means in the fullness of time Amir Khan and I clashing then so be it - that would be a mega fight which I would win.
"Then, after defending my world lightweight title I'd want to finish my career by winning the world light-welterweight title to become a triple world champion.
"Those plans are what will motivate me against Foster - that and also the sure knowledge that if I don't do a number on Foster at Meadowbank it will all just be fantasy."

Does he really beleive he will be undisputed champion after being given the WBO title not even winning it????

Does he really think Warren will give him on defence against Juan Manuel Marquez. I mean Marquez is fighting Manny Pac the #2 fighter in the world on March and you would imagine Athur would defend in March or April, but it can happen right, maybe Marquez will cnacel the bout with Pacquiou to fight Arthur for $100,000 FW would offer him????????

Does he really think Warren will let him go anywhere near Khan, will Khan be a world Champ by next year anyway, does he reckon he can beat Juan Diaz????

Does he really think he can be a 3 weight world Champion??????????

"I don't do a number on Foster at Meadowbank it will all just be fantasy." - Thats what it is anyway HAHAHAHA

At least he is ambitious i can give him that, he sounds like Macceranelli though coming out with **** he knows Warren will never let happen!!!

I think he means undisputed WBO champion as he currently has the interim title. the rest is guff, although there were rumours barrera was willing to come to scotland to fight harrison a couple of years back, and Guzman agreed to fight in ireland 18 months ago... so dont be too surprised is a big name comes over should the WBO give the title to Arthur. That big name wont be JMM though.

Whats the link for that article by the way?

Dont understand that bit though. If you actualy believe Enzo maccarinelli says things because he knows Warren cant make the fights... well.. you've clearly never met a proffessional boxer or havent come close to understanding the psychological aspect of the sport.

He's got to get past Foster first.

I fancy Foster to outbox arthur anyway. Both great amateurs, but for me Foster has the bigger punch.

    Interesting fight.....

I know Steve having fought him in the Ams and boxed on a couple of the same shows in the pros he is a cracking lad but I can see no way for him to win. Arthur is much the bigger puncher and is a better boxer. I won't enjoy watching this one coz I think Arthur despite the absolute bull**** he's said above is destined for a true world title one day and will have too much of everything for Steve.

Like Marsellus Wallace says, In the 5th his ass goes down.

Derry was able to hurt Foster even though he ain't a puncher so I can see Arthur scoring a KO. Arthur likes to trade too.

I think Arthur will stop Foster jnr . Warren should get Arthur a unification fight with Mzonke Fana before Arthur goes to Lightweight .

It would add a lot of credibility with him holding two World titles at the weight and if he does it in the fight before he moves up to Lightweight Franky won't be forced to put him in with a decent fighter afterwards .

I think Juan Manuel Marquez would come to Scotland to fight Arthur should Marquez lose to Pacquiao but I doubt Warren would like that fight .

I wonder who is going to get a shot at the WBO title when Arthur vacates(*cough Kevin Mitchell cough*) ?

Arthur is really annoying me just now, every time I read his quotes he just disheartens me more & more.

Does Arthur really want tough fights? I find myself asking this question, when I shouldnt be.

if he fights Marquez in Scotland I'll be back home for it, and I'd be cheering for the Mexican. sorry Dunky!
Arthur has always come across as badly deluded.

I liked Arthur when he turned pro and watched his career closely but the kid has had way too much smoke blown up his ass.His not world championship material and merely a fringe contender. All this big talk of being a multi weight world champ is just that ..TALK!
