Hi guys this is my first post, was just wondering what you guys think of the outcome of this wbo superfeather weight title fight, i personally think that guzman is a very skillful boxer indeed, maybe as much as mayweather, and i think his speed will win the fight also with his defensive qaulity, on the other hand you hear arthur calling him a chicken in the press which i think wasnt a wise move, they also keep saying guzman is running scared, which i very highly doubt. Looking at both fighters records, firstly Arthurs he has a typical Frank Warren (promoter) protected fighter record as he does with all his fighters, and Guzman's is pretty unrecognisable aswell, as far as him even comin to fight arthur im not even sure he will turn up, not cos hes scared but i think hes just in a different league, i also heard that purse bids went £150,000 with goldenboy putting a low bid in and apparently Guzman only bein paid £85,000, your thoughts guys.........oh yeah i think guzman wins on pure boxing ability and make Arthur look ordinary, Arthurs only shot is maybe his power and the so called lucky punch!! Holla back guys
As much as I'd like too see Arthur win this, for me Guzman's on another level and should take this fight without too many problems.
Guzman is sitting right outside of my top 10 pound4pound, definitely top 15 pound4pound. He is a great fighter, I have not seen anything of Arthur, but unless he is extraordinarily skilled, i dont see him winning. Though the fight may be scored closer since it is in Arthurs home turf, so Guzman should try to knock Arthur out if the opportunity is there.
There won't be any dodgey decisions, Arthur just isn't high enough up in the food chain for that. He can fight for points and still win, although obviously any SD type situations will tend to favour the home fighter, same as anywhere else.
I am taking Guzman by t/ko in the mid rounds. People think that Guzman has no power, which is absolutely insanely untrue. He will dominate this fight and show some pop :bbb :bbb :bbb
Being a brit id love to say arthur but its an arse whopping of epic proportions for him, guzman is a league above him. I think Guzman is underated in peoples p4p lists he is surley top 10 :good
I'm not going to rule out Arthur completely. He has great fundamentals, good fitness and his right hand is enough to trouble Guzman. Guzman will walk the early rounds but if Arthur doesn't lose heart he can make it close.
