Yea he looks real small. Easy victory for Ward.

 

He is very small. From what I've seen, he's quite erratic and has a tendency take a low stance and springs into his shots head first. Coupled with Ward's penchant for rutting like a stag, this is gonna be ugly as sin and someone will get cut.
Terrible choice of opponent, he's about as far removed from Kovalev as it gets.

 

I'm just curious which is a bigger joke of an opponent. Ward facing Brand or Haye facing Gjergjaj.

 

I don't think Ward is afraid of a challenge because he has proven he isn't, his resume is already good. But these endless tune ups are puzzling.

barrera is the only real tuneup for this fight....the smith fight they hadnt ironed anything out...it was a get back in the ring and collect some money fight

i think this fight is similar....ward missed 2 years....thats 2 years of paydays....he supplemented some of it doing some commenatating...but not much.....i think we all know smith and brand are not serious challenges.....but we know hbo wanted ward/kova...and i think ward found a way to get them to throw an extra 2 mil at him by giving him a fight like this...he prob told him he "needed" this....but i think we all know he doesnt really....its more of like dress rehearsal...bright lights....the whole hbo setup....but its basically the same kind of work he could get in the gym
