Hoffmann isn't as bad as the Mirovic loss (let's call it this way) suggests, he easily beat Zuri Lawrence and Puritty but the very mediocre Timor Ibragimov really kicked his plodding butt so he's a clubfighter, not a fringe contender. Dimitrenko will probably beat him but it will be a tough tough fight.
Hoffmann certainly has a shot.

 

Not a bad fight for him. I look for Dimentrenko to win.

He was hurt badly against Mirovic and Vidoz and knocked down by Antony Green.

 

Timo Hoffman is quite slow & he's getting up there in age but he does have some power & an awesome chin. Should be a decent test for any HW just because of those reasons. He can be outboxed just using a good jab & speed, should be a win for Dimentrenko.

 

If Timo had only an "average chin" he might have at least one KO loss then right? Think before you post...............

 

I can't speak for everyone, but I can't see a fighter if he's not on TV, I've never seen Hoffman fight, I know who he is, but have never watched him fight. (don't say youtube, because I don't really like watching fights where I already know what's going to happen.) These guys aren't on TV in the US and that's why I have never seen them fight, sure I'd watch em if I could but its just not possible.

 

first of all that hoffmann - klitschko highlight clip from youtube is bull****. they cut all the maybe 30 punches that timo landed in the fight together while not showing any of vitalis punches. but he gave him at least some trouble though he lost all rounds i think and he was the only one to go the distance with him. but he has not gotten better, he is slower, even more onedimensional and lethargic. he doesn't even train at a gym anymore, he trains at some backyard where he trains with truck tyres and stuff. dimitrenko should win this fight decisively if he wants to be a factor in HW boxing.

 

Timo is a joke if Dimitrenko lose this fight he should stop boxing
