Alex Leapai prepares for C/Wilson,J/Hopoate & N/Briggs

    Alex Leapai fights Collin Wilson next month and in negotiation with John Hopoate camp to fight in June and rematch for the OPBF with Nathan Briggs in the near future, and rumours not yet confirm Alex Leapai to take on Andrew Golota from Poland ranked 17 inthe world by boxrec at the end of this year.Alex mention he's flying out with noel to Germany to promote & spar Heavyweight Klitschko in prep for his fight against Tony Thompson.

    That's some big stuff in the works for Alex, if it all comes off.

    Awesome news on Alex Leapai.

    I dunno if Hoppa's team will fight him soon, i guess time will tell.

    and i think leapai could maybe beat golota, the game plan quite simple, follow lamon brewster duck and weaver and hook the hell out of him early, rattle his cage and watch him fall.... its great news that there keeping him busy ....

    Must admit that I find it strange that Klitschko would be sparring with Alex when he's preparing for a 6'5" southpaw :)

    Hoppas fight won't eventuate just yet for two reasons:
    1/ his management has not been contacted, although a direct call to Hop has.
    2/ he has a scheduled amount of fights / obligations over the next few months, his own show in September and talk of him fighting in the UK later in the year.
    Alex is goin great guns and is prob the the top 3 heavy behind Kali and Sol. That wouldn't stop hop from fighting him but not over 12rds just yet he is building his way there.
