alex is training so hard and regularly, he is on the way to having an abdominal 6 pack for the first time in his career and is fitter than at any time in his life.

he's learned by his last loss. he feels ashamed and sorry for his many supporters that he was beaten in his last fight, that he was 2 seconds from winning. he fights for his family, the larger samoan community and himself, and wants to be samoas (and australias) first heavyweight champion of the world.

in his last fight, alex didnt fight the way he was trained. he didnt listen to his corner, he was so nervous. however, had he trusted his instinct, and kept the barrage up for 2 seconds more, the ref said after the fight that, he would have stopped the fight, and alex would have won. so close was he to a world title shot....

sometimes its better not to second guess yourself. sometimes you just have to complete what you start. had he done that, he'd have won. had he listened to his corner, he may have won also. so he has learned, whatever plan you have, you must follow through with it.

recently, with the new motivation alex has proven, a busy schedule is arranged for alex. he has some great fights coming up. he is the stand alone australian heavyweight that is serious, active, has the power and presence to win a world title.

'vlad with the bad...' . one leapai hit on vlads chin, alex becomes, world champ! which is historical for half of the globe! the first southern hemesphere heavyweight champ of the world!

he has paid his dues. he has fought world class fighters and won. he has fought them and lost. but with people that matter, those in positions of power, alex is known in real boxing circles as a real contender with power not seen since mike tyson. he will get his shot.

2013 will be a huge year for alex, samoa and australia. one era closes, another begins. hopefully the era of mundine and green ends. fittingly the era of the australian and samoan heavyweight begins. 1 heavyweight world title is worth 10 world middleweight titles. the bottom half of the world is ready to give our best a shot.

wake up world boxing. we have a fighter ready to take on any of your champs.

I must give it to ya as you've turned into an excellent troll with this Alex Leapai lovefest of yours.

Leapai has NEVER nor will he EVER beat a world class heavyweight. He is fat/very flabby and gasses after 2 rds which is an embarrassment for a proper sportsman. Zero boxing skills and just wings punchers. Has pretty decent power IF he lands and he would be a very very easy nights work for any elite level/world class heavy.

    All the best.

should be more optimism in the forum.

he has a punchers chance vs any heavy who doesn't possess superb boxing skills.

there r not too many who do fwiw. johnson was the worst possible choice for alex. everbody except alex's team could see that.

he goes into the ring to knock his opponents block off. prefer to watch him than a boring 12 rounds of jabbing and hugging tbh.

Are you questioning Noel's choice, must have been some logic research behind it surely.

To tell the truth Mel i haven't mailed him yet as its a bit tricky for an old fart like me to do via iPhone so I will wait until I get in front of a computer unless you fancy doing it for the board ?

what? are you on crack? alex is on his feet when the ref waived it off. out of gas....

alex has a great chin and desire. have a look at alex, as a no fight novice fight demori who had been in the ring for years. its on you tube.

alex wasnt then trained by his current trainer and has put on about 20kg of muscle since that fight. the fight is a kracker!!!
