he is ranked no.13 for wlads wbo title, but seems reluctant to keep stepping up in opposition. hoppa, who has zero chance of fighting for a world title beat mirovic twice, but alex still chooses to fight bob. now i know if alex fought wlad now he'd likely get beat up. and even if alex had another 20 fights under his belt he'd still likely get beat up. but surely alex should try and find someone a little better to help enhance his skill level. he is one tough bugger and i think he would be competitive against some fringe contenders. agree?
Personally I think Noel is doing a great job. Only a fool would suggest otherwise. Mirovic is a trial horse who has been in with plenty of the divisions better fighters. Leapai can make a statement and move on to bigger and better things. No doubt he's being paid decently for the fight as well. Not to mention it'll be before a decent audience.
i just don't see the point in taking a step backwards. surely he is past that level now. leapai should be fighting cameron u would think. whether cameron would fight him who knows.
Hey Noel Thornberry...I see you lurking on the forum Tell us whats going on with Alex? What sort of training is he doing? Whats he looking to improve on?
