    Stewart vs
    Max Baer
    Max Schmeling
    Primo Carnera
    Jack Sharkey and
    James J Braddock

Whatever you think was the best version of Stewart vs the best version of those men

At best, 1 win. Lots of competitive losses. Maybe he can get to the finish line against Braddock and win a decision.

You think he'd lose to Carnera?

I actually think he'd be competitive against all of them. He was competitive against a prime Holyfield, Moorer and arguably deserved the decision against old Foreman.... after beating him up for 10 rounds. If not for the early knockdowns, Stewart would have surely won that fight.

Prime Max Baer kos him in a vicious slug fest after 5 rounds. It might look similar to the morrison/ruddock fight and both men might hit the canvas. Baers chin and championship experience gives him a slight edge.

Schmeling likely outpoints him, he was a clever *******. But if Stewart manages to corner and bully him with power shots early he might get a stoppage like Louis did. Stewart has a significant size advantage and hits harder.

No clue about canera. Stewart could probably win a decision if he uses lateral movement and fights in spurts like he did againdt foreman.

    Stewart kos sharkey.

Braddock is another smaller but intelligent fighter. If he brings his A game he could beat Stewart but Stewart could also bully him with his size and power. Hard to guess.

The older Foreman was far better than Carnera and no way could Primo take the punishment George took in that fight.

Holy and Moorer were better than everyone on that list except Schmeling.

I guess u misunderstood me. I wasnt suggesting carnera was better than foreman at all. Im saying the fact stewart used an effective gameplan and nearly won the decision despite suffering two knockdowns and getting beat up and mauled means he could definitely outpoint or stop carnera.

You think he could drop Max Baer? Baers chin was tough.

Maybe, maybe not. Stewart had power in both hands and a 90% ko rate at some point and baer usually had terrible defense and was open to counters. Not a good combination. I still think Baer wins tho.
