I think he might have the best boxing of any MMA fighter I've seen, it's the kind of level where he could definitely compete at the top level in boxing if he dedicated himself to it.

I don't think you realise what you're watching, he didn't "up the gears" with Max because Max relies on someone hanging around in the pocket too long so he can unleash devastating lengthy combos. If you watched him against Ortega or TKZ, he went through the gears and utterly mauled those guys.

 

He also has unbelievable cardio. The guy goes 5 rnds non stop.

He beat and busted up Holloway to a unanimous decision. Not sure what gear you are referring too. Being stupid and reckless so Max can land that hail marry??

 

He could have landed more without getting tagged, Max was all over the place.

 

He is the greatest fighter of all time. Someone knows the fact that at a young age he starts wrestling and won the national title twice at the age of 12 which is insane. He won so many titles and was a true legend fighter with his great performance.
