Bakhtin is in control with his jab, dodging the wild swings of Gasca.

10-9 Bakhtin

 

Round 2

More of the crisp and well-placed left jab of Bakhtin, ducking underneath and popping it out on an incline as Gasca tries to hook his head off. A few low-slashing hooks to the body by Bakhtin while stepping around Gasca, constantly turning and jabbing him. Gasca tries to dive in with earmuffs on and get in better position to land his hooks, but nothing doing.

Round 3

Bakhtin is jabbing Gasca and drifting backward behind a feigned hook. Gasca charges in, missing with rockets and getting pushed back out of range by Bakhtin and/or chopped across the back of the neck with right hands.

Round 4

Bakhtin leans in and catches some Gasca overhands on his shoulder. Gasca keeps pressing forward and stuns Bakhtin with a hook, affecting his balance, but rushes in too recklessly with his arms down and gets countered by a 1-2. Bakhtin settles into his jabbing groove again, holding Gasca outside. Chopping right hand by Bakhtin as Gasca dives in. A couple of soft jabs by Bakhtin, into the gloves, masking the intent of his hard right hand to the chest. Pecking jabs by Bakhtin. Gasca leaps up with a left hook and gets Bakhtin backpedaling but falls shy. Double jab into the air by Gasca in pursuit. Bakhtin sticks his own jab out of a high peekaboo while backing up. Clinch.

Round 5

Gasca dives in and tries to hold but gets drilled in the head with a right hand. Bakhtin steps out and jabs at him. Gasca leaps after him with his left glove held out, ramming it into Bakhtin's face and getting caught into holds and hit.
