164 stoppage wins? That includes walk overs right?

Thats downright absurd, especially w/ the amount of fights he had and the probable quality of the opposition.

Juan Manuel Marquez, Curtis Stevens, Abraham "Super" Nova, and Butaev have by far and away the best stoppage % i've ever heard of in the amateurs.

BTW -- What Besputin tested positive for is a SARM that is closely related to the very anabolic steroid dianabol(D-Bol)....... Its one of the newest SARM's and is highly anabolic with virtually no side effects. Its half life is 24-36 hours, so this clown damn near cycled off right vefore the fight. Ban this fool for life.

I read somewhere that if the title becomes vacant due to a doping violation, the opponent gets first dibs at it? Do you know if this is right mate? I know these alphabet orgs seem to make the rules up as they go and usually the $ tend to dictate what happens next! I have to say that Butaev dropping all the way down to 9 in the wba rankings after such a close tilt at the belt seems quite ridiculous to me.

That does sound familiar, just can't recall if that is WBA policy specifically. Each org kinda does its own thing. Much as I'm no fan of Atlas' he does have the right idea when it comes to having a kind of "UN" overseeing all commissions and sanctioning bodies.
