The upcoming junior welterweight unification, between unbeaten champions Timothy Bradley and Devon Alexander, was called "a signature fight" by HBO's President of Sports Ross Greenburg. Alexander (21-0, 13 KOs) from St. Louis, Mo. will face Bradley (26-0, 11 KOs) from Palm Springs, Calif., on January 29 at the Pontiac Silverdome in Pontiac, Mich. HBO is planning a major marketing campaign for the fight.

Just happens to be two of the best fighters at 140. So yes, hyping this fight should be something they do.

This is really only a boxing fan's fight. Neither of these fighters have any mainstream appeal.

If boxing were still a mainstream sport, that wouldn't be an issue:-(

They would want to hurry it up. I probably wouldnt even know this fight was happening unless I came on here or other boxing websites.
