"The Famous Michael Simms" (seriously, announced that way) is in the ring.

 

37 years old, he doesn't look a day over 35.

 

Round 1

Chakhkiev throws an overhand left. Another knocks Simms over to one side, folded in the middle while trying to block. Simms is curling his much longer body up into a ball as Chakhkiev targes it with low hooking shots. Simms is forced back in a spiral but never fully retreats in a straight line. Chakhkiev is watching, admiring his work a bit after landing hard left and right hooks to the body from outside. Simms is just circling away and protecting his face and letting Chakhkiev land everything downstairs. Now a few right jabs from Simms, buzzing harmlessly atop Chakhkiev's head. More hooks to the body, and Chakhkiev suddenly bursts forward with an aggressive combo climbing up to Simms' head trying to chop him down. Simms maneuvers to the ropes and keeps curling up into his hedgehog form, getting spanked with those body hooks. Simms keeps sitting on the ropes when he circles by them. BIG uppercut by Chakhkiev at the bell.
