After he stopped Enzo Mac in sept 10 in devastating fashion i thought this guy was destined for a good future .... he has never fought since and dropped right off the radar .
Does anyone know what has happened to the big punching Ukraine ??

Shame if true, was wondering where he'd gone myself.

Without wishing to be a bit crude he wasn't going to amount to much IMO. Let's be honest, even a cooked Enzo was walking all over him until he pulled a stoppage out of his ass. It's all very well claiming he was just looking for a big shot but it didn't suggest he was destined for great things against better fighters, he exposed Enzo's chin and thats about it. Didn't show much else of what he was about.

No chance, Frenkel does nothing exceptionally but he hits extremely hard. Goodnight Enzo.

That's not really true, Enzo's chin sucks, but that 1st KD shot would have taken anyone out who was stupid enough to put them in that position. It was a huge shot with all his weight and momentum behind it.

The fact he got up and the ref let it go on.. wow... the 2nd KD was ****ing brutal.

Guy can punch, but yeah he was no world beater but he was still (and is still) young.

Sad that he can't get past whatever the **** his problem is.

seems strange thing to do when he would have got a world title fight within a year.

Didn't he fall out with the people from his gym?

There was an interview with him on the main page before the Enzo fight, he seemed like an intelligent and self-assured guy. It's mysterious him retiring when he was on the up, hopefully he'll be back.

He isn't retired just taking a break from boxing. He broke the second and third metacarpal in his right hand in sparring with Alexander Kahl. There had been talk of a lack of motivation but we will see him back at some point.
