Does anyone else think it was weird that there was no mention of an accidental headbutt causing the cut over Alexander's eye until many rounds later, and no video to support it? Seemed a little fishy to me.
And with good reason, after all he did quite well against the P4P superstar that's going to pick up where Floyd and Manny leave off.
It opened from left hook to the right eye in 4th. Thats why they could't show clash of heads, commentators lyed about it, they hoped doctor would stop the fight and it go to scorecards, because with each round things were geting worse and worse for Devon.

I saw several clashes of heads through out the fight and because one is a sauthpaw and the other orthodox the target area was Alexander's right eye. there was also a clash of heads in the round the cut occurred after which i saw blood. I can't attribute the the cut to the 120 punches landed... especially since Kotelnik didn't start landing regularly until after the cut appeared (possibly because of the cut).
