finally someone else who sees that, i honestly dont know what everybody sees in this guy. hes about as run-of-the-mill heavyweight as you can get, nothing special about the guy.

 

he beat chambers right? or no.... is that really as average as you can get?

 

19 professional fights and he has these guys on his resume: Byrd, Chambers, Ahunaya, Donald and soon challenging for the world title and won the heavyweight tournament which no one picked him to win, not to forget that he's also an olympic gold medalist and has a history of collecting gold medals in all competitions and possibly one of the greatest amateurs ever. No fatso, you and the people responsible of bringing you to life in that compound you live in who's trash, junkfood addict.

He is a decent HW who is well schooled in the fundamentals but I would not give him a chance against the Klits or Haye.

 

In his last two fights, Povetkin didn't show me anything. Atlas isn't doing much with him. He's no competition for the Klitschkos.

If Atlas is training him then I have a better chance at getting a date with Taylor Swift.

 

I thought he actually showed a lot of different looks from Atlas in his last fight. A lot more upper body movement, moving feet, punches from different angles. He's also not covering up as well, but he's developing the tools he would need to get inside on Wlad.

sure its six years later, but just on that alone I think it makes Povetkin a far cry better than "utter garbage"
