Ryabinsky to sue Team Wilder and possibly
Dan Rafael!!! Surprised there was no thread on this subject, I guess some do not want it to be true, but it is.........................

In fact, there is an article on this site on this site:

/quote] First of all let me start by saying that Meldonium is a PED! It helps increase your stamina! So the guy in the video is wrong! Secondly, nobody can say when the drug was put into Pov's system! He may have taken it prior to the ban but, he may have taken it after. So I can see the hesitation in DW for not wanting the fight to continue. Third, the only facts we have are one of the test samples came up positive and the re-tests were clean. This cannot be argued! You may have conspiracy theories about Haymon getting into the samples but the theory goes both ways in that, perhaps Povs team got to the second set of test samples! regardless of who did what and how it happened, I still say Wilder did the correct thing in not letting the fight go on as scheduled! My theory is, this was all a publicity stunt to get people more emotionally involved in this fight! When it happens at the end of the year who isn't going to watch it! That Al Haymon sure knows how to sale a fight!:happy

Their case to sue Wilder is weak. They'd probably go after the tabloids and good luck to that but Wilders comments were in light of the circumstances where his frustrations are understandeble.

Povetkin will most likely aim at the only ones they can and that's the WBC and VADA. It was their stuff up, seems more like VADA but I think the WBC surely has something to answer for.

These guys that are saying that they going to sue Wilder are the same ones that said Povetkin failed drug tests.

I wonder how long this thread will last? Disgusted by the anti Povetkin bias being shown here. Meanwhile BS troll threads like "Browne just tested clean" are permitted. Browne was not clean 4 days before his fight and to my knowledge was not with WADA limits. Povetkin failed nothing and the fight will be back on very soon.

If that was the case haymon will just be making more money for the Russians, the only money he will get from this fight is a percentage of wilders purse

There were threads, they keep being deleted.

How do you account for the negative negative negative positive negative sequence? I haven't heard a single reasonable explanation, even Ryabinsky hasn't tried as far as I'm aware.

Really is disappointing. The mods must be in Haymon's pocket. I see hundreds of bait threats on this site but a the handful of debate threads with a Povetkin is innocent angle get deleted? As long as we don't get Wilder Arreola that is HORRIBLE.
    Povetkin fight should proceed

The point is that even if it's a weak case, it's going to take time and money for Wilder to fight it.

It's not about getting the money. They're angling for Wilder to agree to a future fight again in exchange for dropping the suit.

According to credible news sources, both his A and B samples tested positive for PEDs.

Have you not been reading the forums? There have been a couple of reasonable explanations regarding fat soluble drug use and testing.

Yes he has in his last press release. Did you even read it?

    Keep up dude, ffs.

No he didn't, it was within the WADA limits.

Not hard to comprehend, your boy bum squad isn't safe yet.
