Your "mighty" hero couldn't put away a guy some Pole who no one ever head of knocked the foc out. Where did this idea of Povetkin being some invisible giant slayer come from, because there is no evidence to back that up.

You should, the man used to put fighters the caliber of your hero into the infirmary.

LOL, he would be just another knock out victim today for Povetkin. Even Wilder would stagger him multiple times. Keep him in his respective era, and stop hypothetically envisioning cross-era scenarios

Sunny Liston never would have lost to cruiserweight. That fat fraud would have be knocked out.

You must have a magical orb telling you these hypothetical scenarios right? Povetkin never lost to a cruiserweight. Sonny Liston was big enough to be a cruiserweight anyway, he was 6 feet :rofl

Liston had a 84 inch reach and one of the biggest knuckles in the history of the sports. Unlike your fat hero he was chiseled and free of PED. Probably would have stopped you glass jaw hero with his jab.

LOL, keep making up these fake attributes. Liston was a cruiserweight, who competed at a time where there was NO STRICT drug testing in pro boxing. (he was roided to the gills). It is amazing the hero worship you guys place In old timers

What fake attributes? Are you too stupid to use google. The man had a 15 inch knuckle. Back in the day, they had trouble fitting his knucles into a glove.

You're to stupid to distinguish what being big actually means. Liston was rock solid at 226 lbs, your hero is a fat **** who huffs and puffs against cruiserweights. Never mind that in his day Liston used to go 15 rounds.

The evidence is there yet you choose to remain ignorant. Yes or no, did powder punching cruiserweight (Huck) and inferior fighter compared to Liston not beat the **** out Povetkin?

So he packed on the muscle? Many cruiserweights today can do the same, they could stop cutting weight. Fake attributes as in the perceived invincibility you dimwits give him. I do not care about his big knuckle. What evidence do you have Liston would beat Povetkin, what evidence do you have of anything? NONE, so stop these hypothetical scenarios  What evidence do you have Liston can go 15 rounds against modern competition? What evidence do you have that Povetkin cannot go 15 rounds? NONE, so zip it. Povetkin has loads of muscle underneath the fat, to be a boxer you do not need to be lean.

    Povetkin beat Huck.

Nope, the only evidence your small brain can attain is based purely on nostalgia and nationalism. Liston would be just another heavyweight knock out victim today, stop bringing up cross era scenarios, keep this nostalgic bull**** to yourself. Keep fighters in their respective era's/time periods. Is that really so difficult :patsch

Dumb **** how about Listening to the experts. Don't mention American bias because I've seen plenty of British boxing historians reminiscent of the man's pugilistic astucity. There a reason he is ranked among the most intimidating fighters to ever live.
His jab is also often ranked among the best regardless of weight class. Stupid why do you think people were worried for Ali's (arguably the greatest heavyweight to ever live) life going into their first fight in 1964?

If that's not good enough evidence, what about the fact that an inferior fighter, a cruiserweight in Marco Huck beat the shyt out of your hero?

Just to clarify, Liston was the guy who spooked Marciano into not coming back.

    MARCIANO.

Who has POvetkin spooked so? He didn't even scare Charr.
