Anthony Joshua deserves 0 credit for beating an irrelevant small heavyweight like Alexander Povetkin where boxer's of his size are totally irrelevant and meaningless in today's heavyweight division. Whilst Povetkin should not risk putting his body, life and health in a disgusting / gruesome mismatch against Anthony Joshua where he stands less than 10% of a chance at winning against the much bigger and stronger and more powerful monstrous specimen in Anthony Joshua and where he is likely to suffer from life damaging experiences that could lead to him having years reduced from his life due to how much of a mismatch this match is.
I agree for the exact reasoning you outlined. AJ wasting time on another takam level fighter, why ? And 10% is 10% too much of a %. The fact is povetkin always had 0% of beating AJ. He would have about 10% chance of winning a single round, that's more accurate
Joshua could get injured and lose. Or he might lose concentration and get caught by a random punch and get knocked out. That's where the small percentage of chance at winning for Povetkin comes from.
Povetkin comes to fight , he is a warrior ,let 's settle the spy case in the ring in civilized manner.
Unfortunately, Povetkin will come to this fight to die as this will be his death contract. That's how much of a mismatch it is. He'll be committing suicide if this fight takes place and if he accepts this fight.
I wouldn't wish what Joshua could potential do to Povetkin on my worst enemy. Styles makes fight people.......Joshua will crucify Povetkin
Yes well that’s always a given with Povetkin, rarely does he end up in boring fights. I once read a thing on here(make of it what you will)that Russia told Wlad not KO Povetkin hence his distainful tactics of throwing him around the ring at will inbetween genuine knockdowns of course. Probably BS but Povetkin was shown to be bereft of ideas against the bigger man that night. I still think Wlad was better than AJ so Povetkin would have more success given how AJ goes back in straight lines he does look like he could get dropped but yep Povetkin would struggle against Wilder and AJ though I’d give him a 30% chance on account of his higher than average skills though it’d have to be with a Ref that would allow him to get inside lol
Get what you’re saying, styles makes fights and Povetkin killer instinct compared to Parker’s would only land him in more trouble. Having seen last nights fight Ref aside it was a very technical fight from both guys,Parker took some big shots actually but truth be told AJ was never outta 2nd gear was he?
Gonna be hard to stay away from each other if they use the same PED dealer. Bound to run into each other at some point.
