Povetkin also still stand a better chance of beating Joshua than wild windmilling Wilder who would most likely run into something devastating fighting so undisciplined.

    1. I never wrote "PROOF" i only wrote "EVIDENCE" so it's not a PROOF that it is the most prestigious belt but an attempt to create some evidence because i think asking this question in a BOXING FORUM is probably the right place although it's only a small population N.
    2. I am not from the US.
    3. He has a big single punch power but let's not overrate it. I don't think he throws much harder punches than Wlad did and AJ ate a lot of those and was able to survive them. Would be scary if Wilder hasn't the right hand to take his opponents out with 39 KOs in 40 fights.
    4. I agree with the rest of the post.

Lol don’t get sucked into it,Wilder being ringside should tell you that both are in on this, course neither wants to tell the truth of it so they play these games hoping everyone will be as gullible as the next man.
Wilder v AJ will happen next year as most of us expected anyway.

    Hahah

I like Povetkin a lot but what I have quoted is the opposite of the truth. Here is why:

-Povetkin bailed on a fight with Wladimir that was signed. They even had the opening press conference and Povetkin no-showed.
-Povetkin also ordered the cancellation of a scheduled purse bid for a fight between he and Wladimir.
-By the time Povetkin did fight Wladimir, Wladimir was already a well old man.
-Wilder was an amateur and a debuting/novice professional when Wladimir was in his prime. He couldn't have ducked a prime Wlad.

Yup. If we look at their combined dozen or so best victories, Wilder might have three on the list.

I don't know, that's why I said "might," haha. Ortiz certainly. Stiverne the first go around likely.

WBC allegedly being the most prestigious belt is definitely not a fact.

The oldest one, with the highest amount of recognized champions holding it, is the WBA.

It's a good fight. And Wildling/Killmonger will still be there (maybe Brazeale beats him?), and if not he was only a payday.

I am perfectly fine with Povetkin vs Joshua instead of Wilder vs Joshua as Povetkin has done enough to earn a shot. I think he'll be a real tough test for Joshua. I am picking Joshua to win but I see it not only being a tough fight for him but a good action fight as well.

I've seen this a couple of times on here and on Twitter as if Joshua himself is not black. It might be me being ignorant, but I honestly don't get why the race card gets brought into this one?

To be fair I was joking but if you want me to explain the black perspective on it. Joshua is a white guy in a black guys body lol, he don’t get mad enough. Joshua the type of black guy to get his brand new sneakers stepped on then apologize to the person who stepped on them lol. He’s hella boring personality wise from what I’ve seen as well
