This is absolutely delusional. So much so that I am not even going to bother to argue it, just jump on here to express my outrage.
Why did he get KO'd by him then? In 2020, Pov was his last legs In 2021 - Pov was a post covid corpse who look like he downed a half litre of smirnoff before hand.
I wasn't watching stuff then, sry. That's your opinion but there are other people who have other opinions and I am one of them. You are the other. Hobby rider, stop saying things twice.
I think like this. I had scored his first fight vs Chisora for Chisora and I never ever will care about yelling in forums. Povetkin does have better KB credentials than Whyte does have and better am boxing credentials and sorry, also pro boxing credentials than Whyte. Povetkin was without any doubt over the hill long before fight vs A.J and 39 y.o uncle with approx 7 inches reach disadvantage when he fought vs A.J. This was first fight when Povetkin, being small and with short reach for modern HW division had been stopped. While Whyte now is 33? y.o and already had been stopped twice in distance. It is cool to be stopped by 40 years 11 months old uncle in distance and to spark 41 years 6 months old uncle because old legless uncle now is post covid. It is pride for professional boxing to get " win " vs Chisora in their first fight, I laugh at it with pleasure, then getting outboxed by slow and predictable Chisora until he had landed on him power punch. Whyte is hope for british boxing and true pride here with 0 doubts future world champion and " better " than Chisora. He is better than Dereck because he is younger and with better looking pro record numbers.
Whoooooa...Povetkin is actually Whyte's UNCLE?! Srsly? I never knew that. I guess I'm old fashioned and just don't expectorate stuff like that. Really shocked me when I reaed your comment.
Povetkin always will be Whyte's daddy despite Whyte is from U.K and had been switched off by small by modern HW standards 40 years 11 months old uncle. Sadly uncle did not had proper for you passport. Chisora had beat Whyte in their first fight and lost on cards because professional boxing is business nothing more. You like majority of pro boxing fans are tribal and nationalistic. You even think that he had beat Chisora in their first fight or like Helenius had beat Chisora because__________________official results. LOL.
Whyte is ranked highly just because this era despite US and UK boxing fans dreams and claims far worse than Klits era long ago before COVID era had appeared. Shitting on Klits era as weak era cos sadly boxers did not had proper origin and passports. Now? TOP 15-25-50 HW boxers had fought like usually if 2X during 12 months this was miracle, more? God's gift here. Before covid appeared. A lot of them barely had 1 fight during 10-12 months. This had ended with thing like Pulev vs A.J as mandatory and so on. Some top ranked boxers had fought 2 times during 3 years etc pleasure. Everyone is talking damn a lot, while they are going older each month and this there is what this is. CW division now too looks that does start to suck heavily while before Covid this was most competitive division in pro boxing. Now this looks like died motion.
Povetkin was a great fighter, to bad that at the peak of his career he found himself in a era in which Klitschko ruled the division...
Underrated post. Atlas took a 28-year-old Olympic Gold Medalist, who was being showcased on HBO regularly, who won two eliminators and was streaking toward a title shot and somehow convinced Povetkin's team that he (Atlas) was the guy responsible for Mike Tyson's early success and they needed to fake an injury to get out of TWO title fights, because Atlas felt Povetkin wasn't ready. And Atlas convinced them he had to remove Povetkin from the fast lane for a while and start over with him from scratch. I'll never forget when I watched film of Povetkin competing in an unlicensed 'smoker" against Robert Daniels for ****'s sake instead of fighting for the World title (because that's how Cus brought up Tyson). LOL. Because Teddy was such a "genius" (and the Russians bought it) that he needed to "break down an unbeaten 28-year-old world-class top contender entering his prime and start over" with him in order to impose all that "Atlas knowledge." Just a colossal train wreck that whole thing was. Pushed Povetkin's career back YEARS. I never saw an unbeaten fighter's career derailed quite like that. Arguably wasted the best years of his career on complete nonsense and dumb fights. No wonder the Russians hate the U.S. I blame Teddy Atlas. (LOL)
...Why do you ask? I was told never to say stuff like that on the open forum because of someone named Bart.
