Chambers will suprise lots of people with his skills and speed. But in the end he will lose by close decission its best what he can get in germany.

Why will all the judges be German?
Povetkin will win because he's bigger, stronger.
I'd take Chris Byrd to beat Chambers.

Gotta love the 1 vote for a Chambers knockout. That says a LOT of why we deserve someone better than him anywhere near the top.

Yeah I actually watched the fight unlike you did. I don't need 100 smiles either to get my point across.

Povetkin by late TKO or UD.

Nope I dont think they will but its always extremly hard to U.S fighter to get decission against german fan faforites. Look Valuev matches against Ruiz or Donald for example.
But let's hope the fight won't be a controversial and the better man will win.
As for Chris Byrd I cant see he taking win against Eddie at this point of his career.

I agree that BS decisions arent limited to one country and I'm hoping that there are neutral judges. Yet, there is some truth to german promoter Bias. More so than in other places, IMO.

This SHOULD BE a close fight and tough boxing match. The people expecting a BLOW OUT are BLOWING IT OUT THE ASS.

    May the best man win:good

A site that is usually very confidential about its boxing says that the media interest is huge in this fight, and its the first time that HBO has ventured to Germany to broadcast a non-Klit fight.

I think Povetkin is going to be the big name, assuming he beats Chambers, of course........... and I expect he will beat Chambers pretty decisively.

I certainly hope that Povetkin wins, cause that will be the best for the division. The last thing we need is another unexciting, powerless, Chris Byrd type fighter like Chambers getting alot of attention.

Povekin already rid us of the old Chris Byrd, now I am looking forward to seeing him rid us of this new Chris Byrd, before he gets a chance to put us to sleep.

Kidding. Should be a good fight. I know that Chambers is apparently a great guy, but I think his style and lack of power is not going to benefit the division the way Povetkin and his full throttle, come foreward aggression will.

Statement made by Wilfried Sauerland at the final presser:

I was amazed as I walked into the gym of the hotel to perk up as Eddie Chambers was already working out for about 1 and a half hours. So I just ask myself:"Wherefore is he doing this?" - His effort will be to no avail. But his fitness might be very helpful at another stage of his career...
